The companies that process data on our behalf: what each one does for Kronikl, what it receives, and where it processes it. There are two.

Microsoft Corporation, through Microsoft Azure Hosts the service and the database. Sends our email, through Azure Communication Services. Everything Kronikl collects from your Azure environment. The names and work email addresses of the people on your team. Every email we send you, which can name people and resources in your environment. United States
Stripe, Inc. Takes payment when you buy a plan. Runs the billing page where you change a card or cancel. The account owner's email address, sent by Kronikl when checkout starts. The name, card number and billing address you enter on Stripe's own pages, which Kronikl never sees. Nothing collected from your Azure environment. United States

Changes to this list

This list changes only with notice. Before a new company starts processing your data, we publish it here and email the owners on your account. The date at the top moves with every change.

The list above is about the product. This marketing site also uses Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity, described on the privacy page. Neither runs in the product, and neither sees anything from your Azure environment.
